Our first class in 2024 and our current class side by side!

I’m so grateful to the families who have given us the opportunity to be a part of their children’s childhood over the past two years.

From 7 kids in that first class to 21 between two classes this spring semester, each day has been a blessing. We are so excited for this events and camps planned for this summer and for our next classes that will start in the fall!

Thank you, 8 Acres Woods families. This community that we’re growing just keeps getting better and better!

Calculated risk is essential to helping kids remain safe. It helps them learn their boundaries and capabilities and mitigate dangerous risk.

I don’t know about the bears, but the pr***en human has been climbing trees and other structures for years and has learned balance and coordination to be able to climb successfully. The dopamine that comes from nature just hits different 🌳

They used the invasive trees they cut and lashed them together to make a structure!
