Today the Martian Minds team traveled down to Prior Lake to get ready for the MN FTC State Tournament. Hardware inspection was a bit stressful; after shaving down our wheels our robot was 1/16 of an inch under the 18'' x 18'' size requirement. Thankfully everything else went smoothly. We are all really excited and nervous for tomorrow. Wish us luck!

We're Back! The team took a short break after our regional qualifier tournament. We have advanced to state competition the 20th and 21st of February. We are re-evaluating . . . everything! Phil and Molly are working on our newsletter. Ramon, John and Jon are speaking fluent robot engineer speak. Finally Lupe and I are working on social media :) Here's to a great tournament!

We are going to state! We placed 5th and were captain of the #4 alliance! We also won the Connect Award and were the 3rd runner-up for the Inspire Award giving us a place in the state championship!

Wiring the robot is done! It looks nice this year too, maybe because of my OCD and the three hours it took :P oh well.
