Meet our new principal and head teacher, Jason McLin:

Mr. McLin has been teaching middle school for over 25 years. He grew up on the West coast and went to college at Walla Walla University, where he got a degree in English, History, and his secondary education certificate. He has coached volleyball, basketball, and soccer, and led field trips, as well as been on a variety of leadership committees. He has taught most recently in Wenatchee, Washington; Palmer, Alaska; and Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

Teaching is his passion and working with students in these transitional years is his calling. He stays busy outside of school being a father and husband. He also enjoys exploring nature, gardening, building projects, and traveling. God is very important in his life, and he can't imagine doing anything without doing it hand-in-hand with God.

Just a reminder - You can get help paying for private school tuition through Idaho's Parental Choice Tax Credit program!
The Idaho State Tax Commission has reopened the application process for the Idaho Parental Choice Tax Credit program. The application period is currently open through August 15 at 11:59 p.m. MDT, however, the period might close sooner if the Tax Commission awards all the funds before then.
To find out more and see if this is a good option for you, visit:

SJA Spring Program & Play is on Thursday, May 28 at 5:30 PM.
The SJA choir will perform, & the drama class will bring Anne of Green Gables to life by Jody Johnston Davidson (produced by special arrangement with Pioneer Drama Service, Inc., Denver, Colorado). Please come enjoy a fun night of drama, music & refreshments.

SJA has space available for advertising in the school yearbook. Advertising goes to help fund costs for our yearbook by keeping the cost per book down for students & lets others know about your business.

Here is the suggested pricing:
1/4 page: $25
1/2 page: $50
Full page: $100

*A full-page ad is about the size of an 8x10 photo (image resolution at 1536 x 1024 pixels minimum).

Ads can be in color, or black and white.
File Format: JPG, PNG, or GIF
