Nova High’s students are excited to bring to you the Broadway musical Hadestown Teen Edition by Anaïs Mitchell. Winner of eight Tony Awards, including Best Musical and Best Original Score, this production reimagines the Greek myth of Orpheus and Eurydice magically weaving it within our modern-day industrial society.
Its ancient tale of love calls us to awaken from the world we live in now and create the one we dream about. Our students were so taken with the story that we have assembled two lead casts. The Saturday evening performance features our second lead cast.
With its mesmerizing music, multilayered story, and inspired performance from its cast, you will want to come to multiple performances and discover why once is not enough!

We will perform four shows at the Panida Theater:
Friday, June 13th at 6 PM
Saturday, June 14th at 2 PM

Introducing our simplified FIT model. Within each tier we are able to offer additional tuition adjustments upon further discussion of your needs as a family. Everyone that want's to attend Nova, and is a good fit, will be able to reach a financial agreement that works for everyone! 🙏💜 TODAY IS GIVING TUESDAY 💜🙏 Every donation - even $5! - adds up to support the foundation of this budding project called Nova High. The vision of an alternative, Waldorf-inspired high school of the arts and outdoors has been living in Sandpoint for decades. Everyone here can feel that this program WANTS to be born! For the past 2 years, three women have been making major life sacrifices to bring an enlivened, experiential school to teens in Northern Idaho. Our goals are to get our basic operational expenses met in year one in addition to getting Jessica paid so that she can continue serving students at Nova.
