Hey Tiger 🐯 families! Did you know that every year the Dentist 🦷 🪥stops by OUR school? That’s right, your kiddo can be seen DURING school—no early checkouts, no taking off work on your part—everything is handled here at school! 🥳The Dentist and Hygienists set up right here in the Family Resource Center and do full dental checkups just down the hall from your child’s classroom! I’m sending the forms home with our students this week (they’re blue and yellow and say Big Smiles!) so you can fill it out and send it back to school if you want your child to participate!

A huge THANK YOU to CAP along with Gina and Sherri from Alabama for dropping off school supplies and some clothing and shoes items to stock the resource center with! Mrs. Emily and our students are so appreciative!!

Our last day of STEM Camp was spent canoeing 🛶 (how fun!), fishing 🎣, swimming 🏊‍♀️, eating snow cones 🍧, playing and making new friends!

Something that I want to recognize about our Tigers…it didn’t matter the age difference, if they weren’t in the same grade, if it was someone from a different school..they know how to make friends! ♥️

We had a WONDERFUL week with the best hosts at Camp AJ! They invited our county Family Resource Coordinators out a few months ago to come up with a summer camp for our kids and what fun it was!!! I highly recommend anything they’re a part of! I’m sad to see this week end.

We hope our 🐯(and new Bulldog 🐾friends) have a great summer break!!! ♥️

The girls from Jackson Co. Public Library came to camp today and brought all the fun! The kids got to learn the difference in herbivore and carnivore dinosaurs 🦖 🦕, became archaeologists 🪨, and got to learn how to build their own volcanoes 🌋!! They also made their own bracelets and made paper airplanes and tried to fly them (wind direction worked against us today). Then spent the afternoon having some free play in the field! So fun!! 🤩
