Sandites, don't forget! Enrollment/registration will open in phases this spring for Sand Springs Public Schools. The first phase opens this Wednesday.

• New resident Pre-K students
• New resident Kindergarten students

Enrollment/registration opens for:
• New students living in the district
• Intra-district transfer applications

📅 June 1, 2026
• Out-of-district transfer applications open
• Applications will begin processing July 1

After a careful evaluation of road conditions and weather forecasts, Sand Springs Public Schools will be OPEN Friday, January 30, 2026. Thank you to our maintenance crews who have been hard at work clearing snow, salting walkways, and making sure our schools are ready to welcome everyone back.

Sand Springs Public Schools will be closed Thursday, January 29 due to hazardous road conditions in neighborhoods and side streets. This will be a traditional snow day, not a distance learning day.

Please know the decision to close is never made lightly. We always prefer to keep school in session; however, student and staff safety must come first. After evaluating bus routes and neighborhood roads, district leaders have determined that it would be unsafe to hold school tomorrow.

On Tuesday, the students at Page Academy all received a Page Academy hoodie that was donated by Scissortail Designs. Please check them out for your custom design needs. The design is absolutely amazing and so many of the students have commented how amazing they look.

It has been a very busy and wonderful week at Page Academy. The community that supports our students is absolutely amazing. This week started with every student receiving gifts from Olivet Baptist Church. The excitement and joy that every student had was amazing to see. Thank you to all who donated and volunteered to sponsor a student. Thank you to Mrs. Loehr who organizes this event and does so much for our students. Thank you to Coach Loehr for always being there as her supporting cast.

Thank you to IBC Bank Sand Springs for the generous donation of food and personal hygiene supplies for the students at Page Academy.

What a great privilege it was to celebrate Mrs. Purcell as our Page Academy Teacher of the Year on Friday. She is our Student Academic Support Specialist (SASS) and she does so much to make sure that every student is passing their classes and maintaining good attendance.
