This post was really hard for me to write 😞 I want to thank everyone who has supported me through my adventure! I have always dreamed of opening my own daycare and I made that dream come true! ❤️
Pine Stump Playskool has been such a huge part of my life, and getting to care for your children has meant more to me than I can ever fully express. Watching them grow, learn, laugh, and feel safe & loved in my care is something I will always carry with me.
To every family who trusted me with your little ones—thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your support, kindness, and trust meant everything, and you truly became more than just families to me.
After a lot of thought, Pine Stump Playskool has officially closed. This wasn’t an easy decision at all.

As I begin going through everything, I do have a lot of baby items available- all gently used 🤍 walker, high chair, etc!

Are you a stay at home mom, but need to run to the gym or an appointment??

🐐 Farm Playgroup at Pine Stump Playskool!

🩶 Pine Stump Playskool is offering a new play group!
👩‍🍼 Monday through Friday- I am open 8am to 5pm with scheduled playgroup times!

If you need a few hours to be yourself and not worry! We are the perfect place where your little can join us for a relaxed, short playgroup where kids can:
✨ Explore & play
✨ Be themselves
✨ Enjoy farm-themed activities
✨ Get messy, creative, and go outdoors (weather permitting!)
🩶potty training friendly!

*4-week sessions are designed for toddlers and preschoolers who are not enrolled in full-time care.
*Spots are reserved through enrollment and agreement to ensure consistency for our little learners

One of the sweetest parts of our program is our little friends that live right outside our door 💛
🐔 Our Chickens – They teach us about responsibility, gentle hands, and where our eggs come from! (Plus… they’re pretty funny to watch.)
🐐 Our Goat – Clara loves attention! She is curious, playful, and always ready to say hi! She helps us learn confidence and how to be kind to animals!
🐰 Our Bunny – Mr. Moose is soft, sweet, and perfect for practicing calm bodies and quiet voices.
🐶 Our Farm Dogs – Sunshine is our loyal protector but loves to play fetch! Hinson is the best outdoor play buddy.!
Pine Stump Playskool focuses on learning that doesn’t just happen at a table — it happens in the sunshine, in the yard, and through real-life experiences. 🌞
Farm life builds empathy, responsibility and confidence… and let’s be honest — it makes childhood magical. ✨

I’m a proud mama who loves her kids, her little farm life, and a cozy home that has footprins on the floor and goodies in the snack cabinet. I love to crochet and I’m always working on a little project.

👋 Hi, I’m Sara — the face behind Pine Stump Playskool 🌲
I have a background in early childhood, behavior and autism. I decided to start my path working as a medical assistant in 2014. I worked in pediatrics and urgent care through my daughters teenage years!
Im so thankful for those experiences. They've really shaped the way I care for kids — patience, understanding, and a strong focus on safety.
