SUNY Niagara Music Department The SUNY Niagara Music Department is located in F-Building on the college's Sanborn campus and offers both Music Certificate and Associate degree options.

Music faculty at NCCC are professional musicians: performers, composers, scholars, and presenters. Faculty members have performed and presented at universities and conferences both regionally, nationally, and internationally.

Students in our program are offered abundant opportunities to perform in concert, recitals, and theatrical productions on-campus and around the Western New York area. Students can prepare for music careers or for successful transfer to schools such as Canisius College, Buffalo State College, SUNY Fredonia, Univsersity at Buffalo, and SUNY Purchase, to name a few. In addition to a variety of in-depth music academics and performance studies, the department offers a wide range of courses for non-music-majors, and has a close relationship with the department of Audio Recording & Production. 630 middle school students from St. Mark's, Ken-ton, Edwards School, and Barker enjoyed our student matinee of The Lightning Thief today! Another one tomorrow at 10:30 then two final chances to see the show on Saturday at 3 and 7!
