San Tan Mountain Middle School

Tonight our district celebrated our employees and students of the year. Congratulations to certified employee Ashleigh Muhme, classified employee Caroline Moran, and our students of the year Gabriel Olivas and Sienna Lane!

Last Friday, our NJHS students went to Feed My Starving Children where they helped pack over 34,000 meals!

A huge thank you to Salsa Lady, Mrs. De La Cruz, for the incredibly kind gesture of providing salsa and chips for our teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week!
Not only was it thoughtful and generous, but the salsa was absolutely amazing! Our staff truly appreciated the support and kindness shown to them this week.
We are grateful for community members like Mrs. De La Cruz who go out of their way to make our teachers feel valued and appreciated. Thank you again for your generosity and support of San Tan Mountain! 🌶️❤️

Tonight we celebrated the success of our Speech team this past year. Several winning speeches were shared and awards were presented. My apologies for missing parts of the speeches on my recordings, helps when you remember to hit the record button!

Congratulations to Coach Aspden and our speech team. In only their first year of competition, today they placed 3rd overall at the Middle School State Speech and Debate Tournament! We are so proud of you!

Congratulations to Ms. Rivera and San Tan Mountain's Middle School Band. They did an outstanding job performing at their Spring Concert. Even though that last song was challenging, they crushed it!!

Congratulations to Coach Parrott and the Girls' Volleyball team on winning the Copper Athletic Conference Championship tonight vs. J.O. Combs! It was a great match with our Wolves winning 2 out of 3 sets: 25-11; 18-25; and 15-12. Great job Wolves!

Today members of our speech team participated in the Gilbert Water Tower Tournament. Shout out to Sienna Lane for making semi-finals in declamation.
