Well CAC culinary would like to invite everyone to the Phoenix Knife fight next monday, November 8th at 8pm and support students that will be throwing down their best dishes in the competition. Tonight we practiced our culinary advisory lunch item. A pan seared quail ragu over a yellow corn polenta gnocchi with quail leg lollipops. Man is it going to be good

Tonight we practiced our pan-seared quail Ragu on top of a corn polenta gnocchi topped with two quail lollipops. We will be serving this for lunch at our very important culinary Advisory board meeting
