Key Information for All District, Private School, and Homeschool Families
Pursuant to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Arizona Revised Statute § 15-763(C), the J.O. Combs Unified School District maintains a permanent, continuous obligation to locate, identify, and evaluate all children with suspected disabilities within our geographic boundaries. This core mandate protects highly mobile student populations, wards of the state, and parentally-placed private school or homeschooled learning setups.
