From festival stages at BottleRock and Fairfax Festival to sharing the spotlight with some of music’s biggest legends, Angeline brings a rare mix of power, soul, and unmistakable style to every performance.

A bassist, songwriter, artist and true force in the Bay Area music scene, she has shared the stage with icons including Carlos Santana, Todd Rundgren, Joan Osborne, Dionne Warwick, and Narada Michael Walden — all while carving out a sound and presence that is entirely her own. Her versatility moves effortlessly across rock, soul, funk, jazz, and pop, making her one of the most exciting musicians to watch.

But beyond the accolades, Angeline’s magic is in the energy she brings — grounded, charismatic, and completely electric on stage.

Celebrating Angeline Saris ✨
Spotlight Award of Excellence

A virtuoso bassist, songwriter, and educator, Angeline Saris has built a career that moves effortlessly across genres and stages worldwide. From touring with Todd Rundgren and Adrian Belew on the Celebration of Bowie tour to performing alongside Narada Michael Walden, Ernest Ranglin, and Zepparella, her range is as dynamic as her presence.

Most recently featured on Carlos Santana’s latest album Sentient, Saris continues to shape the sound of contemporary music—on stage, in the studio, and through her work as an educator.

Born in Palo Alto and raised in Marin, with roots in Crete and Sparta, we are proud to honor one of our own.
