Big news for the future of Bishop Ranch: AvalonBay Communities has officially closed on a 5.7-acre site at 6200 Bollinger Road, paving the way for a new 456-unit residential community in downtown San Ramon. Construction begins this month, transforming a long-vacant lot into two modern apartment buildings with spacious layouts and amenities including a fitness center, pool, work lounge, rooftop deck, WAG Pet Spa and a 640-space parking garage.

The new residences mark another milestone in our long-term plan to shape Bishop Ranch into the best suburban downtown in America.
