Good morning friends!

In Nia "Music, Movement, and Magic" is a core concept and guiding principle in the Nia Technique that describes how listening to music and moving your body together create a transformative mind-body experience.

Music: Acts as an active field of vibration and rhythm rather than background noise.

Movement: Uses conscious, expressive body mechanics aligned with your personal inner rhythm.

Magic: Occurs when the art of deep listening merges with natural movement, producing physical and emotional harmony.

So add all of that along with the dancing with Michell this morning at 9am and celebrate your body!

I wish I was there with you so please dance for me too! My spirit is ready, my ankle is still a bit cranky. Feet "up" for me. Feet down and dancing for you!

In joy,
Deborah

PS. Sending love to the beloved Dolly Parton who spent her life spreading joy, love and light. May she be singing and dancing in the big, blue, beautiful sky. 💜
