SummerCrest SummerCrest is an Academic Summer Camp, held at Lucas Valley Elementary School in San Rafael. Indoor and outdoor activities.

An Academic summer camp, SummerCrest fosters learning and fun for children entering grades K-6. Programs developed and taught by experienced teachers. Program focus in on engaging activities, calling on critical thinking. Cooperation, respect, and friendships are integral to SummerCrest. Many campers return year after year to SummerCrest and become re-acquainted with friends made the previous summ

er. At SummerCrest the safety of our students, student aides, and faculty is our primary concern. In 2021, we followed strict Covid protocols, involving masking, social distancing, enhanced air purifying in classrooms, and frequent sanitizing. During the 6 weeks of our camp in 2021, we did not have one instance of COVID among our campers and staff. We hope virus vaccines will continue to be developed, providing safety to all. SummerCrest will return Summer 2022, with enrollment beginning in Feb. 2022.
