Please join us in celebrating Aleena, who is marking her first official year as a Core Staff member! 🌟 Aleena’s journey with us is truly special: before joining the staff, she served as a Climate Corps Fellow for two years and a Contractor for one. This deep, first-hand experience means she has seen the program from every angle, and she uses that wealth of knowledge to deepen the impact of everything we do. Happy 5th anniversary, Ash! 🌟If you’ve spent five minutes at SEI, you’ve probably heard: "Ash will know!" Officially, she’s on the People Experience team, but in reality, she’s a trusted partner, problem-solver, and lifeline for the whole organization. Ash is the definition of a "go-to" person. She is brilliantly smart, has a great sense of humor, and possesses the rare talent of being able to jump into any project and make it better.
