For over twenty years, POLAHS has been proud to grow alongside downtown San Pedro. We are excited to share the next chapter of our school’s vision with our neighbors.

Swipe through to see the conceptual proposal for the vacant county property at 6th and Centre Street. This vision includes a regional skilled trades center with dedicated underground parking for students and the community, a new gymnasium and theater space, an arts district corridor, and an outdoor amphitheater and public plaza. By transforming an empty lot into a vibrant destination, this project creates a natural bridge that draws the energy and foot traffic of the new waterfront redevelopment right into our historic downtown district.
