Mi Second Casa Mi Second Casa is a licensed Spanish immersion childcare program in San Mateo, CA. Since 2007, we’ve helped little ones thrive in a warm, nurturing setting.

Now serving families at both our in-home daycare and our new childcare center! Hello! My name is Graciela Tejada and I am the proud founder of Mi Second Casa. With nearly 20 years of childcare experience and a Bachelor of Arts from SFSU in Child and Adolescent Development, I have devoted my life to providing families with the best care possible. In addition, as a mother of three grown children of

my own, I know the importance of a positive environment and its impact on your child's ability to reach his or her full potential. Since 2007, we have been serving families in the greater Bay Area region with providing quality care for their little ones by offering a clean and safe environment and utilizing an adaptive, bi-lingual curriculum. We specialize in utilizing a play based bi-lingual curriculum where children learn at their own pace. We provide nutritous hot meals daily. We speak Spanish and English and staff members are CPR and health and safety certified. We maintain an infant, toddler, and preschool program.
