In 2011, I lost my infant son, Jackson Robert, and began my grief journey. I thought my life had ended too. I had no idea how to move forward. Walk with me.

I help men and women who feel stuck in grief after heartbreaking loss go from feeling lost, lonely, and disconnected to finding peace and emotional control - so they can live with renewed joy, connection, and purpose. I was looking for hope that I could be happy again. I wanted to know how to live in a world without my son and I wanted answers. When I couldn't find a path, I created it for myself.

A Loving Nudge đź’ś

If you’ve been here in this group for a while, you know my heart is for helping people who feel stuck in their grief.
But here’s the truth—healing doesn’t happen just by reading posts or scrolling through.
It happens when you take a step.

Right now, I’m working on a project to help men and women who have gone through one or more losses and find that grief is now affecting their work, relationships, and daily life.

I need to interview people who are living this. I want to hear your real struggles, frustrations, and hopes for the future—so I can create something that will truly help.

If this sounds like you, please don’t let another day go by without raising your hand.
Your story matters. Your voice matters. And taking this step could be the beginning of real change for you—and for others walking this road.

Comment below or send me a private message.
Let’s do this together. 💜

HELP, PLEASE! Are you feeling lost, lonely and disconnected after losing someone you love?

I’m working on something really important and I need your help!

I am looking to interview people who fit this description to learn more about their challenges, frustrations, dreams and goals. This is purely for research purposes to be able to create something truly transformational.

Do you fit this description or do you know someone who fits this description that I could interview? Maybe a friend, family member, colleague or someone in your network?

This research is crucial and any help is appreciated!

If this sounds like you, comment below with YES or send me a DM so we can connect (it won’t take more than 30 minutes).

If you know someone who fits this description, please share this post with them or tag them in the comments below.

GRATITUDE CAN BE A FORCE FOR GOOD.
In the Grief Inspired community on skool and the Grief Inspired Facebook group, they are true warriors who know GRATITUDE well.

These brave souls choose to lean into their GRIEF to heal. It is no easy task.

Then, they are INSPIRED to share their thoughts, their experience, and their hearts with someone else they know is in pain. It takes true strength and courage to reach out and they choose to reach out willingly.

This is the spirit of Grief Inspired - It’s about allowing yourself to be supported, so you can heal and learn - but then also being inspired to share what you have received and learned with someone else who may be earlier on the journey.

My đź’ś is full today to each brave soul who is helping to forward my mission. To all my brave Grief Inspired souls - (and you know who you are!) Thank you for being Grief Inspired.

🕊️ Remembering My Dad 🕊️

Two years ago, my world changed forever when my dad, Robert Arthur Settineri, went home to heaven. Not a day goes by that I don’t think of him, miss his voice, or wish I could pick up the phone just to hear his laugh one more time. Today is his birthday.

Though the pain of his absence still lingers, I find comfort in knowing he is at peace, wrapped in God’s eternal love. I imagine him surrounded by light, watching over us, whole and joyful in heaven.

Dad, thank you for everything—for your love, your strength, your guidance, and the way you always believed in me. I carry your memory in my heart and your spirit in all I do. Until we meet again… I love you.

🙏 Please keep him in your prayers today. And if you’re lucky enough to still have your dad—hug him a little tighter.
