This week, we are officially making our home in San Marcos, Texas and we could not be more excited about what is ahead. GLA is a small, accredited microschool where students are truly known, teachers have real autonomy, and learning actually feels good.

And we are growing! We are looking for a passionate 3rd–5th grade teacher to join our team this fall.

• Fridays off
• $25/hour
• $5,000 summer stipend upon contract renewal

Certification preferred but not required. We care more about your heart for kids and your willingness to learn and grow with them than your credentials.
