Explore Aerial is a 2-hour introductory aerial arts event where beginners can try four classic circus apparatuses: silks, lyra (hoop), hammock, and trapeze. It’s designed as a low-pressure “test drive” so you can see if aerial is the right sport for you.

Everyone starts together with a guided warm-up, then splits into small groups and rotates through each station with one of our coaches. At each apparatus, participants learn simple, beginner-friendly skills and poses that focus on safety, clear technique, and feeling successful in the air.

This event is for true beginners - no prior experience or special strength required. Come move, play, and get a feel for what aerial training is like, all in one fun, structured session.
