🏃♂️📊 Happy National Exercise Day!
Did you know fitness is basically math in motion?
Every step = distance
Every rep = addition
Every workout = progress over time 📈
Think of it like this:
Consistency + Effort = Results
Even 10 minutes today is better than 0 — because small numbers add up BIG over time.
So go out, move your body, and start solving for a stronger you 💪✨

Consistency × care = a lifelong bond
No matter the equation, pets always add up to something amazing 💛
