Happy Black History Month!
Janel Caminos is a TXST alumni and the author of Curly Gyal Affirmations. She has published one of the first hair affirmations book. She wrote these hair affirmations for herself while struggling to love her hair and hopes to inspire those with natural hair to embrace their curls in all settings.

Yesterday we kicked off homecoming week with a forum discussing all things post pandemic networking. Our speakers shared tips for navigating their careers, making authentic connections, work-life balance and even entrepreneurship. Thank you to everyone who participated!
