What happens in Chemical Agent Training?
Chemical Agents exposure is a required activity within the police academy. Recruits are exposed to CS gas and practice with gas masks. They are sprayed with OC spray and then complete an obstacle course involving common law enforcement tasks. At the end of the day recruits also learn proper decontamination procedures.
Most recruits say Chemical Agents Training is one of the most memorable trainings from their time in the academy. Class 31 did a great job on completing this activity and never giving up!
Today Class 31 completed Chemical Agents training. A great way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Good job Class 31!
