Encuentros Leadership in partnership with SDSU’s Latinx Resources Center is hosting our annual Teacher Academy at SDSU.

The 2025 Encuentros Leadership Teacher Academy is a 5-day, all-expenses-paid academy at SDSU from June 17-21. The Encuentros Teacher Academy is designed to create community, provide spaces for mentorship, and help launch your future career in education by inspiring Latinx high school and early college students to pursue teaching—addressing the significant underrepresentation of Latinx men in the profession.
