The SDYLC is back for 2026, and Applications are now open. This year's conference will be held from June 22nd to June 25th, 2026, on the campus of the University of San Diego. Visit our website to apply through our new, all-digital application system: https://www.sdylc.org/application/

We are saddened to announce that the 2022 conference has been canceled due to insufficient student interest. We look forward to the 2023 conference.

Fantastic Day for our 2021 Youth Leadership Conference. 24 students attended this year for our 1-day conference and special guest Martin Llyod was our keynote speaker.

Applications for the 2021 Youth Leadership Seminars on June 19th, and July 21st are now available. Max 60 students per day, $50 per student, scholarships are available. Download your application here:

Due to the ongoing global pandemic, the San Diego Youth Leadership Conference Board of Directors has decided to cancel the 2020 SDYLC. This decision was not made lightly, and we are truly disappointed there will be no 2020 conference. For the safety of our students and staff we have decided that this is the best course of action at this time.

The San Diego Youth Leadership Conference is still moving ahead as planned. We are actively working with our contacts at UCSD as we monitor the COVID-19 outbreak. As part of these efforts, the SDYLC Board of Directors has unanimously decided to waive the requirement of Section IV for each student to receive an "Official Recommendation". You may continue to submit applications to [email protected], as we have more Scholarships promised this year than ever before.

We will continue to update everyone should anything change. We look forward to our 2020 conference being held June 29-July 2
