It's okay to ask for help. π
Mental health matters, and knowing the signs can make a difference. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stressed, or simply not yourself, support is available. π«
Remember:
You are not alone.
Asking for help is a sign of strength.
Small steps toward self-care can have a big impact.
If you or someone you know is struggling, reach out to a trusted adult, counselor, friend, or support resource.
