What is a time-bar? Formal definition: Stoppage placed on the exercise of a claim, judgment, or right after passage of a certain period as established by law (such as statute of limitations) or custom.

We understand time bars and can educate on how to potentially break through a time bar, under special circumstances.

What does this mean for me? There is a certain amount of time to appeal a case and if not done by that deadline, it is "time-barred" from being presented to the courts (you've lost your chance). There are ways to overcome this and that is when you need to understand and be educated on your options regarding how to overcome these formidable barriers.
