Central Texas Regional Training Academy is looking for volunteers who are interested in helping the next generation of firefighters prepare for their careers.

We are seeking individuals who would be willing to assist cadets and future fire service applicants with resume writing, interview preparation, and professional development as they work toward entering the fire service.

CTRTA is looking to offer this course four times per year for anyone interested in starting a career in the fire service. This is a great opportunity for experienced fire service leaders to give back, share real-world knowledge, and help prepare future firefighters for the hiring process.
