🦎🐍 “A HUGE thank you to Reptilian Nation Expo!”

A HUGE thank you and shoutout to Reptilian Nation Expo for inviting our Gary Job Corps students to attend the San Antonio expo in recognition of their hard work and volunteerism throughout our community! 💛🖤

Our students had an amazing time seeing some truly unique reptiles up close, learning new things, asking questions, and enjoying an experience that was definitely outside the ordinary! 🐍🦎🐢

And of course, we couldn’t end an adventure like this without FOOD! 😂 We wrapped up the day with an incredible late lunch at Golden Corral—good food, lots of laughs, and plenty of conversation about everything they had seen.

Experiences like this are about so much more than having fun. They provided our students with the opportunity to explore, learn, connect, and create memories while being recognized for the positive things they are doing in the community.

❤️ Reptilian Nation Expo, thank you for supporting our students and recognizing their commitment to giving back. What an exciting experience!

Explore. Learn. Have Fun. Make Memories. 🦎✨

🎶 What a way to start our Friday! 💙💛

As we walked into our monthly All Staff Meeting this morning, we were greeted by our SGA President, Emilio C., serenading us on his ukulele! 🎸😊

It’s moments like these that remind us why we do what we do every single day. Our students, their talents, their growth, and the joy they bring to our center make it all worthwhile.

A perfect way to head into the weekend! 💙💛

Have a blessed, safe, and wonderful weekend from Gary Job Corps! ✨

What an AMAZING day at the San Marcos B2B Showcase! 🎉🤝💙💛

Gary Job Corps had a wonderful time connecting with our community, meeting new businesses, exploring new opportunities, and building relationships that we hope will grow into meaningful partnerships for our students.

One of the best parts of the day was also reconnecting with so many familiar faces—our friends, community partners, and businesses who continue to support the work we do. Every conversation is a connection. Every connection has the potential to become an opportunity. And every opportunity can help change the path of a young person’s future. ❤️

A huge thank you to the San Marcos Area Chamber of Commerce for bringing our business community together for such an incredible event!

Partnerships with Purpose was definitely in action today! 🤝✨

🧊☀️ STAY COOL. STAY SAFE! ☀️🧊

What a great way to wrap up Safe + Sound Week 2026 at Gary Job Corps! 💙💛

A HUGE thank you to The Ziegenfelder Company for generously donating popsicles for our “Stay Cool, Stay Safe” celebration! 🎉 Their donation helped us give our students a cool and refreshing ending to a week focused on something that matters every single day — SAFETY!

A very special shout-out to Carmen and Ramon at the Lockhart location for being so incredibly helpful, kind, and generous. From the moment we reached out, they were wonderful to work with, and we truly appreciate their support of our students and our Center. ❤️

Throughout Safe + Sound Week, our students had the opportunity to participate in a variety of fun, interactive activities and special presentations designed to reinforce workplace safety, healthy choices, awareness, and looking out for one another. And judging by the smiles, laughter, and participation throughout the week — they had a GREAT time doing it! 🙌🏽

Of course, ending the week with FREE popsicles was definitely a student favorite! 😂🧊💙💛

“Safety isn’t just a rule to follow — it’s a responsibility we share.”
