We will be hosting a stress management presentation April 25, Thursday at 1:00pm in LBJ room 4-1.6, presented by Kelly Stone from HealthyCats. Hope y'all can stop by to learn about stress in college and get bonus points!

Close Your Eyes and Count to Zen: Managing Stress in College Stress is a normal part of the college experience, and because the mind and body are connected, stress can affect our physical health. This presentation takes a holistic approach to looking at stress, including how to cope with stress and seek balance.
