HAI offers online and in-person residential workshops focusing on love, intimacy & healthy sexuality. In 2020, we launched online workshops.

Since 1968, HAI has produced in-person residential workshops all over the world on the subjects of love, intimacy, and healthy sexuality. Inviting more love into your life opens a world of possibility and deep transformation. This work can bring immense joy and freedom to your life, and it can also ask of you to address and heal old wounds and beliefs that no longer serve you. At HAI, we take our commitment to walking with you on this journey seriously. Our workshop facilitators have years of training and expertise in holding a safe space for everyone to work at their own pace. While we encourage everyone to explore their edges, we honor choice and dignity above all else. You are the author of your life. We’re here to support the new story you want to write . . . and the life that’s been waiting for you all along
