n, body repair or other specialist. The Cuesta College Automotive Program offers nine Specialist Proficiency Certificates and an Associate in Science Degree in Automotive Technology. Degree, you must complete six Certificates of Proficiency in Automotive Technology. The Cuesta College Automotive Technology Program enjoys the reputation of being one of the foremost automotive training programs in California. The demand for Cuesta College automotive graduates as entry-level technicians exceeds the supply of students completing the program. Cuesta College Automotive Students are known for winning awards and scholarships. Students consistently win awards and medals at regional and state VICA Skills Competitions. Each year, numerous scholarships are awarded to Cuesta College Automotive students including two awards, each for $1,000.00 worth of tools.

This Sunday, 20 students and 7 Advisors are heading to the SEMA Show in Las Vegas for the week. Students will learn the magnitude of the Automotive Aftermarket, explore exciting automotive related careers, rub elbows with celebrities, and see a bunch of cool stuff. Hope to have photos posted soon.
