🛒 The Grocery Tripper is back!

Following a successful first year, the Grocery Tripper shuttle is returning to help Cal Poly students get where they need to go for groceries, for FREE. 💚

Operated by ASI Student Government in partnership with Campus Health & Wellbeing, the shuttle features updated routes and schedules based on student feedback, making grocery shopping more convenient and accessible.

📅 Fall: Fridays and Sundays, Aug. 28-Dec. 11
📅 Spring: Fridays and Sundays, Jan. 29-May 15
⏰ Hours: 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

“Evening with the President isn’t worth it”… we might have to disagree. 👀

Last night brought together Mustangs from across the world for an evening of conversation, connection, and plenty of memorable moments. President Armstrong shared some words of wisdom, we shared a few laughs, and the Mustang spirit was definitely in the room. 💚💛

Worth it? We think so. 🐴

Make sure you review this week’s key dates, wear your green, share your Mustang pride and get ready for a week of connection and celebration.

✨ Our signature event for new Mustang parents and supporters, Evening with the President will be held Aug. 19 at 5:30 p.m. on O’Neill Green. This special welcome reception is an opportunity to celebrate your student’s journey to Cal Poly, hear from university leadership and connect with the Mustang community.

📦 Mustang Move-In Week will be here soon!

Whether you’re helping pack the car, making the drive to San Luis Obispo or getting ready for that big goodbye, here are the important Fall 2026 move-in dates to have on your calendar:

🏠 First-year and new transfer students
• Tuesday, Aug. 18: yakʔitʸutʸu and South Mountain
• Wednesday, Aug. 19: Sierra Madre, Yosemite, North Mountain, Cerro Vista Apartments (first-years and transfers) and Poly Canyon Village (transfers)

🏡 Continuing students
• Friday, Aug. 21: Cerro Vista Apartments and Poly Canyon Village
• Saturday, Aug. 22: Poly Canyon Village

⏰ Important reminder: Students must book their required move-in appointment through the Housing Portal on MyCalPoly by 11:59 p.m. Aug. 11.

Before heading to campus, be sure to review your student’s neighborhood move-in map and arrival information so you know where to go and what to expect.

If you attended SLO Days this summer or connected with Parent and Family Programs, chances are Sean was there to help. From welcoming families at our booth to answering emails and phone calls, he helped make every family feel supported.

As our only student assistant during Summer 2026, Sean did it all with professionalism, positivity, and a friendly face. He truly held it down!
