Two of the most common verbs used in Spanish are "ser" and "estar" which of course are irregular verbs. "Ser" and "estar" both mean “to be” and are used differently in Spanish.

A great study tool is to create sentences that you imagine yourself saying or that you plan to use. Or simply ones that you like.
