I just shared some songs from my Sound healing Ensemble HeartSong. I wrote the music for them and played them on the piano. Lisa Giordano wrote words for Fairies in the Sun and we came up with the melody line together. The rest are my compositions. When HeartSong performs, we sing in 3 part harmony and Lisa plays Crystal Bowls, Ginger Johnson plays Tibetan Bowls and Bells and I play piano/synth.
I recorded these songs as piano solos so I could sing them to my sister in the weeks before she passed. I believe they gave both of us a lot of comfort during that time. Every time I listen to them now I can’t help crying. Especially during the last song, “You Are Mine” in which she sings a duet with me and plays the flute solo… all while having cancer in her lungs and pleural spaces.

When we sing them there is a whole storyline that goes with… the baby tree grows roots deep into the ground, the Tree grows up to the light, the raindrops come to nourish it and clean off the leaves, The Sun comes out and the Fairies Dance with healing wands, (zapping all of the cancer cells out of existence!), Connected to Love allows a download of love into the healed spaces, and Friendship connects us to the love that fills us. Finally You are Mine is a loving anthem of a life lovingly lived with family and friends all around. Hope you enjoy this playlist.
