Meet Chef Dani Palazzoni of Gelato Festival! 🍨⁣

Founded in Florence, Italy, in 2010 by Gabriele Poli, Gelato Festival began as a celebration of Italian cuisine and the artistry behind authentic gelato. What started as a gelato competition in Florence quickly scaled across the world, bringing together thousands of talented gelato makers and competitors. ⁣

Since then, Gelato Festival has continued to innovate, even launching its own brand and producing the first and only USDA Certified Organic Italian gelato.⁣
