Our JV Bear Orchestra did a fantastic job performing “Pomp and Circumstance” at the Sorensen Elementary 5th grade graduation ceremony! All said and done, they played the “graduation song” for about 45 minutes as the 5th grade class walked across the stage! Our orchestra looked and sounded awesome! 🐻🎻🎶🎓

Congratulations to Ana Peña for being selected as the Outstanding Performer at this year’s PSJA ECHS Middle School Orchestra Solo Contest! Out of more than 60 solo performances, only ONE musician is chosen for this honor. Ana, an 8th grade violist from R. Yzaguirre Middle School in San Juan, Texas, earned this year’s top recognition with her outstanding musicianship and performance.

We are incredibly proud of you and cannot wait to welcome you to the PSJA ECHS Orchestra family next year! Keep shining and representing your school with excellence. 🏆🎻🎶🐻
