Shoshin Karate-Do International

Traditional Shotokan Karate for the serious student Shoshin Karate-do International is JKA karate in the tradition of Masters Funakoshi and Nakayama.

Sensei David Johnston, 8th dan, studied under Kanazawa, Enoida, and Yaguchi, and was formerly technical director of the AJKA. Sensei Hessam, senior student to Sensei Johnston, carries on the legacy of his teachers, and traditional shotokan karate-do. Classes are intense and challenging as well as compassionate, and designed to help each student reach his or her full potential.
