Come sweat and gher with us tomorrow, Thursday, in Los Altos!!

Who is joining us tomorrow night at 7pm in Los Altos for our Beshkan Fitness class?? We dance, jump and sweat the week away!

Join us this Sunday, March 15 at the Sunnyvale Public Library for an afternoon filled with Persian music, dance, and community. There will be some amazing performances and a beautiful atmosphere as we mark the start of the new year together.

The event is free and open to everyone, so feel free to stop by anytime between 2–5 PM.

Here’s to new beginnings and hoping for brighter days ahead.
