Spirit Shirt Day and Kona Ice Tomorrow!

Dear Monarchs,

Tomorrow will be our final Spirit Shirt Day of the year, and the classes with the most participation will win an ice cream party! Our winners will also get to choose a prize from our prize bin, and will have the honor of keeping the Spirit Trophy until the end of the school year. Let's show our Majestic Way pride!

Kona Ice returns to Majestic Way tomorrow after school. The Kona Ice truck will be parked near the front office, and the prices are $5, $6, and $7. Come enjoy the warm weather while cooling down with a refreshing Kona Ice! Our PTA will receive 20% of all sales. We hope to see you there!

There will be a PTA meeting tonight. It will be a hybrid meeting, held in the FIS space and on Zoom. Please note that Zoom attendees will be listen-in only, and can place any questions in the chat. Seeking PTA Board Members for Next Year!

Dear Majestic Way Families, Each year, the volunteers on our Majestic Way PTA Executive Board work hard to hold fundraisers, organize events, and promote community days for our school and students. These events include:

• Multicultural Day
• science assemblies
• field trips
• spirit shirt days
• end of year picnics
• kindergarten and 5th grade promotion ceremonies
• Apex fun run
• Majestic Way pumpkin patch

These events and activities would not be possible without the organization and leadership of our PTA Executive Board. As we approach the end of the school year, we are seeking individuals who would be willing to serve on the Executive Board for the 2024-2025 school year. Please consider taking a position on next year's board, in order to ensure that we have enough PTA volunteers necessary to maintain the same level of support and enrichment that our students deserve. Early Dismissal for Conference Week

Parent/teacher conference schedule will be from tomorrow,Friday, March 8th through Friday, March 15th. Students will be on an adjusted schedule as follows:
TK & Kindergarten 8:10 a.m. – 12:40 p.m.
Grades 1-5 8:10 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Spirit Shirt Day and Yearbook Cover Contest

Dear Monarchs, Tomorrow is spirit shirt day for the month of March. Please wear your school spirit shirt, sweatshirt, or grade color. The classes with the most participation will win a prize! It's not too late to purchase a spirit shirt or sweatshirt for your student! Remember, students are asked to wear their shirts on field trips, spirit days, and throughout the School Olympics at the end of the year. Please email [email protected] if you'd like to order spirit wear. The last day to turn in your artwork for the Majestic Way yearbook cover contest is TOMORROW, March 1, 2024. No late submissions will be accepted.
