It is a mind-set!™ and through designing and implementing linguistically responsive standards-based curriculum and instruction, courageous equity leadership training, culturally conscious instructional coaching, student voice facilitation and culturally conscious lesson design development, we support school sites and districts with the overall mission of closing the achievement gap.
