Formulate and prepare gluten-free, casein-free, vegetarian menu that was delicious, forward thinking, and kid- friendly, for family meals, as well as the occasional intimate dinner party. Maintain family calendar, which includes but is not limited to, scheduling and attending doctor’s appointments, play-dates, date-nights, important school dates, travel arrangements, and after-school activities, to ensure proper development of social interaction with other children, as well as to meet the physical and emotional needs of the children.
