Mother’s Spa Day at AMA = Pure Joy! ✨💛
On May 8th, we celebrated our amazing AMA moms with a relaxing Spa Day, and it was filled with so much love, laughter, and well-deserved pampering!
From sweet massages by their little ones to the soothing scents of natural skincare by Cúrate (thank you to Sebastian’s mamá, Yadira!), the smiles said it all. It was a beautiful reminder of how important it is to pause and feel appreciated.
Thank you to all the mamas who joined us. We loved seeing you enjoy every minute! 💐

How to Encourage Independence in Preschoolers
Preschool is a time for little ones to explore, learn, and grow, but also to gain confidence in doing things on their own. At AMA, we believe independence starts with small, everyday moments.
Try these simple ways to encourage it at home:
▪️Give choices – Let your child pick between two outfits or snacks. Making small decisions builds confidence.
▪️Encourage self-care – Teach simple tasks like washing hands, putting on shoes, or tidying up after meals.
▪️Let them problem-solve – Instead of jumping in right away, ask, “What do you think we should do?” to help them develop critical thinking.
▪️Create a routine – A predictable schedule helps children feel secure and know what to expect.
▪️Praise effort, not just results – Celebrate when they try something new, even if it’s not perfect. “You put your jacket on all by yourself. Great job!”
