We are just about to open our spring musical "Once Upon A Mattress" This is a bittersweet return to the show we lost to the Pandemic.
This hilarious musical reimagines the classic fairy tale The Princess and the Pea, where the bold and unconventional Princess Winnifred competes to win the heart of the shy Prince Dauntless while dealing with his domineering mother, the Queen Aggravain. Opening this Friday at Leigh High School is "The Drowsy Chaperone" A man sits in his apartment and listens to the cast recording of his favorite musical "The Drowsy Chaperone" As he narrates the musical come to life with a starlet tired of the limelight, a spacey party host, gangsters disguised as pastry chef, and of course the titular drowsy chaperone. This fun send up of golden age musicals has a little bit of everything.

Hey guys, I got some bad news. Seems like our old sister school, Branham's, tool shed got broken into...and many of their tools were stolen! If anyone has any extra/old tools that they are willing to part with, or feel like making a donation to Branham High School, I will let Sharon Salazar, their wonderful drama teacher, know.
