In every Gracie combatives class there is a standing technique. This is vary important because all fight start standing up. Here our students are practicing the rear takedown. ®

Monday night Gracie combatives class. Student a learning to off balance opponent with the double leg take down but pushing them into the wall. Learning to control the power with slaming your training partner into the floor over and over. ®

Nothing is built in a day. At least nothing of value. We put up two more wall pads today. Now that all of the wall mat are bolted on by the studs I feel much better. ®

We’re redoing the wall panels. Going from Velcro and liquid nail to keep them up to French Cleats. Now the will be bolted to studs like Gracie university.
