**Re-Class reminder** March 1, 2019 is deadline to turn forms into supervisors!

Informational re-class meeting January 31, 2019 in room 206 @ The Ed Center from 11am to 1pm and another from 4pm to 6pm the same day.

**11/30 Phase 4 Update**

CSEA and your Chapter 184 Negotiations team met, November 30, 2018 for reclass negotiations.

CSEA and the District finished Phase 4 and completed an agreement.

In the meantime, please contact your chapter leadership with any questions and concerns.

**PHASE 4 NEGOTIATIONS UPDATE 11/28/18**

CSEA and your Chapter 184 Negotiations team met today, November 28, 2018 for reclass negotiations.

CSEA and the District continued discussion on Ranges for the following classifications -

Instructional Support Assistant/Paraeducator 1
Paraeducator II
Career Development Specialist
Bilingual Instructional Assistant
Campus Supervisor
Instructional Support Specialist
Instructional Assistant Personal Care
Bilingual GED Adult Education
Health Services Assistant
Spanish GED IA-Adult School
Career Development Specialist
Independence Facilitator

CSEA and the District did not agree on any new Ranges. We are scheduled to continue negotiations on Friday, November 30.

*PHASE 4 NEGOTIATIONS UPDATE*
Your Negotiations team met with the district today to work on phase 4.
All job descriptions were agreed upon.
CSEA proposed salary ranges on all but one new job description.
CSEA will meet with the district again on Nov 28th to continue negotiations on salary ranges.

**IA’s & IF’s**
Your negotiations team has begun discussing salary ranges with the district and now would be an opportune time to address the Board of Education on first and third Thursdays at 7pm to tell them how valuable you are to the district and students and that our salary do not reflect that.. They know your team is in the middle of negotiations and could really use your support but addressing the Board of Ed on this matter
