Ms Agrawal was my daughter's teacher for PreCalc honors. From the very beginning, I was impressed with Ms Agrawal's approach to Math teaching. She not only made it fun (who ever could have thought that Pre-Calculus could be fun) but her unique teaching style made the students to understand even the most difficult concepts easily. Her ability to connect with her students earned her a special place in their hearts. It is general consensus that US math education in K-12 is not up to par with the international standards especially from Asian countries but Ms Agrawal in her own style raised the standards and introduced non-routine problem solving and competitive math and logic problems in her classroom. This benefited the students by preparing them not only for the grade level curriculum but also for competitive/standardized tests that these high schoolers will soon be facing.
