Our Parent Leader Team is a close-knit group of amazing parents who give their time, share ideas, help plan events, and work together to make Empower a welcoming place for every student and family.

But PLT is about more than helping at events. It’s also a place to meet other parents, build friendships, speak up for your family, and play an active role in our school community.

We would love to welcome more parents and guardians to the team! You don’t need any special experience, and you don’t have to commit to everything. Come as you are, help when you can, and know that your voice and ideas truly matter.

During orientation, families can meet the teachers, pick up class schedules, register for the after-school program, and purchase school apparel.

We’re excited to once again participate in Giving Tuesday — the global day of generosity that takes place each year on the first Tuesday after Thanksgiving.

This year, Giving Tuesday falls on December 2, 2025. Following the spending-focused days of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Giving Tuesday offers an opportunity to give back and make a difference.
