Wow… what an incredible day 🫶
Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate Mandala’s 50th Anniversary with us. Seeing so many families, alumni, children, grandparents, and friends together in one place was truly special. The love, laughter, stories, and connections made the day unforgettable.
This celebration was a beautiful reminder of what the “Mandala Family” really means: a community that supports one another, grows together, and creates a true sense of belonging.
A heartfelt thank you to our founders, Anne and Marlin, for planting the seeds of something so meaningful and for building a place that has become a home for so many.
We feel so grateful to be part of this community. Here’s to the next chapter 💜

Our 50th Anniversary Celebration is this Saturday from 4:00pm-6:30pm at Mandala Children's House! 🎉
Join us for a day of food, games, activities, face painting, balloon artists, and a special guest appearance by ventriloquist Steve Chaney and his puppet, Cornelius the Crow.

What an amazing week celebrating our teachers! 💜 They’re the heart of what makes our school so special, and we’re incredibly lucky to have them. The care and attention they give our children goes above and beyond every single day.
Our community came together to give back just a small piece of what they give to us—decorating memento boxes, hosting a special lunch, and showering them with love and gifts. Thank you, teachers! 🍎

Who remembers Cornelius the Crow? He was a staple at our holiday parties for over 20 years! Steve and his comical puppet, Cornelius, teach, amaze, and reveal the mystery of ventriloquism in a way that’s humorous, educational, and easy to understand.
And guess what? He’s coming back to Mandala for our 50th Anniversary Celebration! Don’t miss this incredible show—we’re so excited!

Our puppets are just as much a part of the classroom as the teachers and kiddos. Each one has a special role, helping children learn patience, kindness, friendship, self-reflection, and other important (and sometimes challenging!) life skills. Our children see the puppets as part of their community—and the puppets love them right back.

When COVID hit in 2020, we weren’t sure what the future would hold. Thanks to the resilience, creativity, and dedication of our staff and administration, we quickly adapted. Distance learning was new for everyone, but our children, families, and staff made it work together. While we’re proud of how we navigated that time, we’re incredibly grateful to be back in person on campus.

In 2011, our Bugs were born! The Mandala Bugs quickly became the school’s beloved mascots (along with our puppets—coming soon 😀), appearing in classroom names, on T-shirts, and throughout the community. They continue to represent Mandala’s brand—and are still absolutely adorable!
